This position will be based in our Office in Bogotá. We are looking for local talent!
Main responsibilities:
- Segmentation and generation of qualified leads for the disposition of non-operating assets.
- Preparation and consolidation of commercial information and material for clients, brokers, committees, among others.
- Improve the customer service experience in the different channels and communication platforms (networks, marketing pages, CRM).
- Elaboration of commercial proposals
- Follow-up in administrative processes of purchase and sale contracts, leases, renewals, commodatums.
- Follow-up of agreements and commitments with current and ongoing customers.
- Follow up on traffic generation strategies.
Main requirements:
- Student of business administration, marketing, business, economics, engineering or related fields.
- Database management.
- Office skills (excel, power point).
- Advanced English.
