Sr. FP&A Analyst, Value Creation

This position will be based in our São Paulo Office (work model: in person).
Main Responsibilities
• Collect and consolidate reports monitoring the results of Infrastructure investments via iLevel system
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial outcomes with the business plan and budgets across Patria’s Infrastructure portfolio companies, focusing beyond the financial aspect itself
• Prepare consolidated Infrastructure management presentations (Results Deck, Debt Deck, Flash EBITDA)
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to stakeholders to aid the company's financial strategy
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the infrastructure sector
• Accounting understanding, including allocations and movements generated in the 3 financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow)
• Valuation: understanding the concepts of Equity Value, Enterprise Value, Net Debt, capital costs, discounted cash flows
• Financial Modeling: having worked with Financial Models is a plus
• Willingness to communicate in English fluently; Spanish skill is a plus
• Communication Skills, Interpersonal Relationships - strongly desired
