This position will be based in our Office in São Paulo in an full in person.
Main responsibilities:
- Organize the agenda and materials for meetings and events of the senior Private Equity team.
- Ideally have knowledge of the Private Equity market and its main players
- Thorough knowledge of corporate finance concepts and portfolio assets
- Monitor market peers, providing relevant information to the senior team.
- Lead the service to prospects and manage the relationship base.
- Plan and lead the preparation of materials and analysis for roadshows, calls, meetings with investors/prospects and events, ensuring alignment with the Private Equity strategy.
- Actively participate in roadshows with directors and partners.
- Master the main regulations of active funds, having a strategic vision of the main terms of the sector.
- Lead meetings with investors in Brazil and abroad.
- Develop long-term relationships with investors, guaranteeing future re-ups and planning the go-to-market strategy for future fundraising.
- Manage and develop communication channels with LPs, in line with good market practice.
- Follow up on KPI and SLA monitoring reports and direct the necessary actions internally and to the team, ensuring compliance with the agreed results.
- Work on team training and development through guidance and feedback.
- Strategic area planning and operational activities
- High analytical skills and ability to propose solutions for different levels of situations and contexts
Main requirements:
- Economics, BA, Finance, Engineering degrees preferred
- Advanced knowledge of corporate finance (valuation, multiples, etc.). Previous experience with illiquid investments is a plus
- Ability to concentrate and meet multiple demands simultaneously
- Strong analytical ability.
- Organization, diligence and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to interact and build relationships with people across the organization at different levels of hierarchy
- English language proficiency (required)
- Office Package Domain (Power Point and Advanced Excel)
