The Opportunity
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our Business Support team.

The role is based in our Edinburgh office. We operate a hybrid working policy with the opportunity to work from home one day a week.
Key Responsibilities
Business Management tasks including:
- ‘Front of House’ responsibilities including visitor access and administration
- Managing building access controls
- Mailbox management, distribution lists and physical mail management
- Payment Order & invoice tracking processing
- Maintenance of various attestation and registers
- Support wider tasks within the team such as onboarding, events and communications
- The role will also provide PA support to a small group (2/3) of senior GPMS colleagues including travel booking, expenses and administrative support
Skills and Experience:
- Must have experience of working in a busy office environment, this could be in similar business management, PA or receptionist role
- Financial services experience is preferable but not essential
- Strong work ethic – proactive, positive and used to working ‘against the clock’
- Communication skills – able to communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation.
- Highly organised - able to prioritise and escalate effectively
- Teamwork – able to work effectively as a member of the PA and Business Support team to ensure seamless cover and support for key stakeholders.
